Parish Plans into Core Strategy Evidence
Wealden Local Strategic Partnership and Wealden District Council are providing support for Parishes who would like help with transferring priorities from Parish Plans into evidence for the Local Development Framework (LDF) Core Strategy. A bridging template has been developed to help this process.
Parishes that have not developed Parish Plans can still have input and use the template, but will need to find ways of identifying priorities for the Parish. If these can be backed up by evidence this will make responses more robust.
Please send completed templates to Tom.Stuart@wealden.gov.uk by the end of July 2008.
Results
Wealden continues to welcome completed templates from Town and Parish Councils across the District.
Those bridging templates that have already been completed by Parish and Town Councils have now been published.

A template for use by Town Councils to highlight prioirites from town plans, or emerging priorites while plans are in development. Please note that town plans will be taken into account in their entirity as part of the LDF process.
